This signed form authorizes us to send your tax returns to third parties, such as mortgage brokers, loan officers, financial advisors, and attorneys. Without your signed authorization, we cannot transmit your tax information to other parties.
After signing the document, you will receive a confirmation email from Barracuda SignNow (our document signing partner) to confirm your email address. Please make sure you check your email and confirm your email address.
Finally, you will receive a confirmation email containing a PDF copy of your signed Tax Information Release form. Please keep a copy of the document for your records.
